Welcome to SOP Originals! We are thrilled to have you visit our digital catalog of the original writings from Ellen G. White and from the Pioneers of the Advent faith from the 1840s. 

Our Mission

The purpose of creating SOP Originals is to make it more accessible for everyone to receive the books from the dawn of the Advent movement into people’s hands. Sister White stated that “in a large degree through our publishing houses is to be accomplished the work of that other angel who comes down from heaven with great power and who lightens the earth with his glory.” Testimonies for the Church, Volume 7 p. 140.3. This website will make it more readily available to all digitally, in order to expedite the final work that God has ordained His people to accomplish: to give the final message of mercy to the world and prepare a people for the coming of the Lord.

We are also intent on exposing the changes made to the original Spirit of Prophecy and the corruption that first started in the early 1880s with the beginning stages of changing the books. Inspiration tells us that “the Holy Ghost is the Author of the Scriptures and of the spirit of prophecy.” 15LtMs, Lt 92, 1900, par. 12. Just as Satan has set forth to corrupt Truth by attempting to change God’s Word, the same holds true to the written Testimonies by Sister White.
